Drivania Chauffeurs continues its growth trend. The Company announced today that general aviation related service volumes delivered during the first 3 months of 2017 grew by 153%, more than doubling compared to the same period in 2016.
Established 16 years ago in Europe, Drivania attributes this growth to several factors: Technology, Service Quality and International Exposure.
General Manager, Igor Martret, explains “During the first decade of our history, we continuously reinvested earnings in technology, aiming to create the most user-friendly and hassle-free experience for our clients and chauffeurs. In 2013, we finalized our Drivania Online Booking Platform. Clients access their Drivania accounts using exclusive access codes to obtain instant, all-inclusive quotes and confirm bookings for airport transfers and hourly dispositions in over 900 locations around the World. The Platform saves time, enhances transparency and ultimately improves service. Our commitment also includes sending invoices within 24 hours from service completion.”
Global Sales Manager, Frank Davidson, a Netjets Europe veteran adds “Our world-class multi-lingual Customer Support team is specialized in general aviation. We geo-locate our vehicles and keep our clients – schedulers & dispatchers, general aviation operators, air charter brokers, international service providers, corporate flight departments and FBO´s - informed real-time when the chauffeur is on location, the passenger is on-board and the service has been successfully completed. Our chauffeurs are at the center of everything we do. All Drivania chauffeurs go through a rigorous hiring process that can take several months and are vetted on a continuous basis. The Company demands from them only the best service for the most discerning clientele.”
Drivania has grown during the years one Client at a time, earning trust and consolidating relationships. Excellent service delivery and word of mouth have been the engines of growth. Only recently has the team begun to actively market and advertise its consolidated product and service worldwide.
